Cancellation policy:

Are you unable to come to your appointment? Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This can be done by email or voicemail. If not we will depending on the circumstances sometimes show (partial) leniency the first time, but unfortunately we always have to charge the costs for a second or subsequent time. The costs are at least 35 euros per 10 minutes depending on the type of treatment planned.

We would also like to point out that a reminder email and/or SMS that we send is an extra service. Not receiving this email and/or text message is NOT a reason not to attend an appointment. We will make the appointment via e-mail, telephone or verbally and will then provide you with an appointment card if you wish.
